Searcys at St Pancras restaurant & bar and champagne bar is located on the upper concourse of St Pancras International station.
Based at the international station, we are the first English brasserie that people will see as they arrive into London and after a recent refurbishment there is no better place for guests to stop off either before they start their travels or at the end.
We are looking to recruit a Demi Chef De Partie/ Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be part of an established team, that work well together in ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently throughout service and delivers exceptional food to our customers.
As a Chef De Partie your role will involve:
·Responsibility for the day to day running of any given section as requested by the senior team
·Preparing and presenting our menu choices to an excellent standard – the quality of our dishes should never be compromised
·Ensuring wastage is kept to a minimum and assist with ordering
·Ensuring that the cleanliness, stock control, organisation and standards of the section is excellent
·Supporting the senior team in ensuring that service runs efficiently and effectively at all times, and ensure that relevant feedback is communicated
·Supporting the front of house team in ensuring all guests expectations are exceeded
