DESCRIPTION

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Building, mapping out and executing against a business development plan which targets new clients
  • Using insight and challenger led sales methodology to teach clients about their industry and offer a unique perspective on their business
  • Coach customer stakeholders and build consensus
  • Working in collaboration with our client excellence department to ensure client engagements are executed to perfection
  • Establish deep rooted and long term relationships with both business partners and clients

 

REQUIREMENTS

You’ll have:

  • Experience in technology, market research or marketing technology
  • Proven ability to build and secure strategic and profitable business relationships
  • Experience in complex sales processes
  • Comfortable in high level business dialogues with senior executives
  • Able to work at a fast pace, true self-starter mentality
  • Strategic Thinking: Systematically solves problems and hypothesizes possible customer pain points, expectations and implicit needs. Brainstorms with team members to devise solutions to solve complex deal challenges
  • Communication: Tailors communication to the customers need with authority; effectively delivers presentations and has strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Interpersonal Influence: Uses rational and emotional drivers to appeal to customers and facilitates negotiation efforts in the businesses favour
  • Networking: Inherent ability to identify the right customer stakeholders and builds rapport/establishes credibility to build consensus for deals
