The hub hosts are true ambassadors of the hub brand. From the moment guests walk through the door, hosts bring the vibrant hub culture to life, from welcoming them to the hotel, ensuring their stay is truly fantastic and making them want to come back time and time again.
The hub hosts guide guests through the new kind of hotel experience, explaining the check in process and how to use the in room app that controls the air conditioning, lighting and TV. They do everything they can to make the guest’s stay the best experience possible.
The are also act as the connection between guests and the city. They are on hand to give transport information, directions to the nearest tourist attractions or simply just to recommend great places to eat and drink. And if they don’t know the answer, they are there to help our guests use the technology in the reception area to find out.
