Full-time: 9h to 17h30 Monday to Friday (you might have to work extra hours when necessary).

LD Communications provides multi-media PR campaigns including TV, Radio, Online and Print, delivering impactful results through creative ideas, strategic planning, messaging, constant media vigilance and market awareness. Campaigns are analysed, monitored through KPI’s and reflect ROI.

They are looking for a hands-on, energetic, sharp young person to start their career with the company.

The Job:
- Reception duties: answering phones, filing, update staff and client lists
- Office Manager: order stationery, keep office tidy, pick up milk for the office, deal with petty cash and help with accounts, take charge of office contracts, update database
- Events: organise Christmas celebrations, organise drinks and nibbles for staff meetings
- Assistant: take minutes in meetings, do press cuttings, assist the team with PR projects, create a monthly newspaper rota, look through newspapers and magazine for client coverage, forward relevant emails to the team

The Candidate:
- Hands-on, organised, reliable
- IT Literate: MAC, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Impeccable writing
- Sociable and wanting to get involved in different projects
- Interest in Music
