Retail space at Cubitt Park East

The urban village with the friendly, neighbourhood feel

Cubitt Park East is the urban village with a community atmosphere. With beautifully designed pocket parks and the proximity to the Canalside quarter, this charming neighbourhood is set to become a favourite, offering shops, eateries and amenities to both locals and visitors.

The mix is smaller independents, and well-known and trusted brands. Cult fitness studio FRAME opened a studio and shop in in 2015. Next door, Radio Hair has a salon.

Leisure-wise there’s a three-screen Independent Everyman Cinema in R7 and the Platform Theatre in the Granary Building. The newest opening are Beer + Burger Store, Happy Face Pizza, The Fore and the subterranean cocktail bar, SUPERMAX.

More retail opportunities at Cubitt Park East will be available soon. Please contact us for details.
