Designed by Duggan Morris Architects, R7 integrates shared spaces to encourage collaboration and community, including a 6,000 sq ft communal roof terrace.

The seven-metre high entrance lobby is public. From here, visitors can access the three-screen Everyman Cinema, Happy Face and SUPERMAX at the ground and mezzanine levels.
