The design echos the industrial heritage of King’s Cross, and in particular the neighbouring listed buildings.
High ceilings and exposed surfaces add to the warehouse feel creating an environment with character. The building offers shared spaces to encourage collaboration and community. Amenities include bike storage at 1.5 times that required by BCO standard.
Larger upper floor plates can be sub-divided with each area benefiting from access to south facing terraces.
