Magnum Photos, the international agency representing some of the world’s most renowned photographers, has announced the public programme of its 70th anniversary events, to include a main exhibition at King’s Cross.

‘Magnum: 70 at 70’ presents 70 iconic, artistic and historical photographs which celebrate the diversity of the Magnum Photos agency and the skill of its photographers, who have born witness to the major events of the last 70 years.

The show, which is free to visit, will take visitors on a journey from early photography by Magnum ‘founding fathers’, to the introduction of colour photography, through to the contemporary practice of photographers today.

It will be displayed in the 90m long King’s Cross Tunnel, which links King’s Boulevard to the London Underground stations of King’s Cross and St Pancras, between 17 May and 15 June.
