Office space at Pancras Square

The heart of office community at King's Cross

Pancras Square is the gateway to King’s Cross. There are seven Grade A office buildings here located around a new world-class city square. The transport connections are second to none. Six Underground lines, two national mainline stations and international high speed rail are literally on your doorstep and there’s a new London Underground entrance on the square.

Media multinational Havas are building their UK headquarters here. The London Borough of Camden’s offices are at Five Pancras Square and companies like Louis Vuitton, PRS for Music, AutoTrader, New Day, CSC and The Office Group are here. As well as this, internet giant Google is developing its UK headquarters in a landmark groundscraper building on King’s Boulevard.

Tables spill out from the cafés and restaurants around the square giving the area energy and buzz throughout the day and into the evening. It’s the perfect place for a business breakfast, al fresco lunch or an after-work drink. Vinoteca, craft coffee shop Notes and Granger & Co are here, with a new restaurant from D&D London opening in the historic German Gymnasium this autumn. Drake & Morgan at King’s Cross opened in September in Six Pancras Square, and opening this autumn is Korean restaurant Kimchee in Two Pancras Square.

And with the brand new Pancras Leisure Centre at Five Pancras Square, it’s easy to squeeze in an early morning swim or a lunch time workout.
