Lower Stable Street has a gorgeous new addition
Roseur specialises in dried flowers, selling both pre-made and custom arrangements, as well as a selection of stylish vases.
Roseur is the creation of Sophie Kim, a floral artist based in London. Sophie has a background in sculpture and fine art which informs a lot of her practice with flowers. Her style finds reference in nature, creating visually striking arrangements with an emphasis on movement and style.
The decorations are naturally sustainable too – they will last for months and their elegant design means they will still be a beautiful addition to your home.
Christmas is a great time of year for dried flowers, and the perfect time to invest in a piece for your home, with beautiful wreaths and winter-inspired styles available. The dried foliage makes use of seasonal materials and a rich colour palette to evoke memories of cosy winters, and Roseur’s chic creations offer a refreshingly modern take on the classic forms.
In the coming months, the store will act as a showroom for bigger installation pieces – one-off floral art created for photo shoots, weddings and events, so worth a visit when you’re next in Kings Cross. The team is also hoping to host some Christmas workshops during the festive season (Covid dependent!), so keep an eye on Instagram, facebook and on the Roseur website, where you can also check out more of their stunning pieces.
