King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership (KCCLP) acting by its General Partner, King’s Cross Central General Partner Limited is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our own organisation or our supply chains, including partners, contractors and sub-contractors.
We acknowledge our responsibility for compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and are committed to ensuring transparency within our own organisation and in our approach to tackling slavery throughout our supply chain.
As part of our due diligence process, supplier approval will include a review of the controls undertaken by the supplier to manage their own compliance. Further, our contracting processes will include the appropriate prohibitions and will require our contractors and consultants to introduce the same standards with their own suppliers.
Procedures for the identification and, where appropriate, management of actual and potential instances of slavery or human trafficking will be put in place together with additional processes to ensure this policy is communicated to and understood by all levels of the organisation, and within its supply chain.
The KCCLP senior management will take responsibility for implementing this policy statement and providing sufficient investment in resources and training to ensure compliance within the organisation and its supply chain, and for the management and monitoring of compliance within the organisation and its supply chain.
A full copy of this policy and a copy of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 will be accessible to all employees electronically and can be obtained directly from the HR department upon request. This policy statement will be reviewed annually, and all updates published and communicated to all employees, contractors and suppliers as appropriate.
