Maple & KING’S at Pancras Square
Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef, and founder of Maple & Co, Adria Wu opens her largest store and restaurant on Pancras Square.
The King’s Cross branch serves up delicious healthy food for breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch. The store also features a juice and smoothie bar and a gluten-free bake shop. And watch out for the pop-up supper clubs.
Here’s a taste of what’s on offer
The breakfast menu features rhubarb pomegranate oat pancakes with coconut yoghurt and maple butter, or the poached eggs and beetroot smoked salmon with cauliflower hotcake and charred kale. For lunch, seasonal pick and mix salads, with add-on proteins such as tahini spiced free-range chicken, miso salmon or five-spice tofu in sesame almond butter dressing. Wash everything down with a superfood cocktail – try the cold-pressed beetroot mojito or a raw coconut matcha colada.
Maple & KING’S opens Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm and on Saturday and Sunday 10am to 6pm, at Three Pancras Square.

Turning her back on the corporate world, Adria left a successful career in engineering in 2013 to train as a chef and turn her life-long passion for cooking into her dream job.
