Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef, and founder of Maple & Co, Adria Wu opens her largest store and restaurant on Pancras Square.
Maple & KING’S serves up delicious and vibrant healthy food for breakfast and lunch to have in or take away. Look out for the signature rainbow juices, smoothies and lattes alongside locally produced gluten-free bake shop goodies. And stick around for the evenings too and enjoy refreshing, seasonal cocktails, a wine selection that includes organic and vegan wines, local beers and sharing plates.
Here’s a taste of what’s on offer
The lunch menu features seasonal dishes such as turmeric roasted cauliflower in a green goddess vegan basil dressing topped with parsley and currents, a warming shredded salsa chicken served alongside red rice and classics like Twisted Greek salad. For breakfast, the classic avocado and chilli toast can be topped up with a poached egg or grilled slices of halloumi. Or you could opt for homemade rainbow overnight oats, which are free from refined sugar but full of flavour.
