Longboys has arrived!
Gourmet finger doughnuts, freshly handmade each day - now at Coal Drops Yard
Get set for some delicious patisserie action as Longboys arrives in Lower Stable Street
Longboys is a small-batch bakery, specialising in handmade finger doughnuts. The creators of these delectable treats have some serious credentials. Heather Kaniuk was executive pastry chef at Mandarin Oriental and Shangri-La in the Shard and Graham Hornigold was group pastry chef for Hakkasan.
Together, they have come up with a light brioche base that is hand-rolled in small batches each day by the team of skilled in-house bakers. The real stars though, have to be the gourmet fillings – carefully sourced ingredients in grown-up flavour combinations such as raspberry rose lychee, tiramisu, pistachio raspberry and lemon meringue pie. You won’t find over-the-top sugary fillings here, but honestly, you won’t miss them!
The ever-changing menu means that there are new favourites to try every month, but if you really can’t make up your mind, just shout and the team will choose for you. There are vegan, dairy, and nut-free options too.
Also on the menu is artisan coffee from local roastery Assembly, cold-pressed juices, and Karma sodas.
Longboys Kings Cross is open now, find it on Lower Stable Street, or order online.
