Historic buildings, beautifully restored and refurbished for use as office space

King’s Cross has a rich heritage. In Victorian times, it was an important industrial heartland and many of the building from this era remain today. More than 20 historic buildings and structures are being restored and creatively reused at King’s Cross. Four of these have or are being refurbished for use as offices.

The Western Transit Shed on Stable Street is home to Hoare Lee, Argent and digital agency, Zone.
Two Granary Square is home to The Art Fund and House of Illustration.
Fish and Coal Buildings are being refurbished for a restaurant occupier that is TBC
Midland Goods Shed is being refurbished for an occupier yet to be confirmed
