King’s Cross has a rich heritage. In Victorian times, it was an important industrial heartland and many of the building from this era remain today. More than 20 historic buildings and structures are being restored and creatively reused at King’s Cross. Four of these have or are being refurbished for use as offices.
The Western Transit Shed on Stable Street is home to Hoare Lee, Argent and digital agency, Zone.
Two Granary Square is home to The Art Fund and House of Illustration.
Fish and Coal Buildings are home to Tom Dixon and The Coal Office.
Midland Goods Shed is fully occupied by Waitrose and New Day.
