Granger & Co at Pancras Square
Bill Granger has opened his third London restaurant at King’s Cross. Expect plenty of Bill’s classics, alongside dishes that embody his unique ‘magpie’ approach to flavour and ingredients.
You’ll find almond milk chia seed pots with berries, pomegranate and coconut yoghurt for breakfast; zingy salads like raw tuna and avocado with brown rice, cherry tomatoes, samphire and sesame; or beef shin mole, cauliflower rice, avocado, coriander and tomatillo salsa for lunch.
For dinner there’s shrimp burger, jalapeño mayo, shaved radish salad, sesame gochujang, or dig into sticky chilli pork belly with roast peanuts, lime and coconut dressing.
The design of the restaurant draws inspiration from iconic railway station bars and restaurants and the post-war Italian bars of Melbourne.
Granger & Co is open all day, weekdays from 7am and weekends from 8am. They also serve take-out coffee, smoothies and cold pressed juices, along with delicious gluten free cakes.
The 86-seater restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Stanley building, just moments away from the station entrances.
