The German Gym Bootcamp
Train with MW5 at the German Gymnasium. The building was first constructed in 1865 as a training centre for the German Gymnastics Society, and, as a nod to the building’s history, the bootcamp classes feature a mix of Victorian gymnastics, group fitness and athletics. Think high-energy boxing, bodyweight drills and even some Indian Club Swinging.
Sessions are held outside every other Sunday from 10am – 11am. Find out more, or book your spot at MW5 Fitness.
After your workout, enjoy a free smoothie shot and a 20% discount off the all-new breakfast menu in the German Gymnasium restaurant.
