Mindful Flow is a combination of flow yoga in graceful sequences alongside longer held postures.
Certified yoga teacher Ariadne Kapsali leads the classes, which focus on breath to create space in the body and quieten the mind. Classes are themed, and blend hatha, vinyasa and meditation.
Bring your own mat or email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve one. Classes are £10, and pre-booking is highly recommended. All classes are suitable for complete beginners.
