Workout Wednesdays: Frame Barre Sessions

Take part in an outdoor low-impact workout to get your day off to a great start

Wednesday 9th September 2015

Wednesdays are for workouts! Make the most of the last of the bright mornings and join Frame fitness trainer Gede for an hour-long Frame barre session every Wednesday at 7.30am.

Barre is a low impact exercise class, designed to work out the entire body, with a particular focus on small supporting muscles. All exercises use the participants own body weight and are designed to create long, lean limbs.

Classes take place outdoors on the Canalside Steps at Granary Square. In wet weather, sessions will move to West Handyside Canopy. Book your place and pay here, or just show up and pay on the day.

Not an early riser? Fear not, Frame will be at Lewis Cubitt Square with Frame BODY every Wednesday at 6.30pm.
