Get your heart pumping with a high energy resistance workout with Frame

BODY by Frame is a combination of continuous low impact cardio, interspersed with high energy intervals to lift your heart rate, boost your metabolism and shed fat.

Each session uses light hand weights for added resistance, with innovative sequences designed to work the muscles in a way that does not create bulk. Both the larger and the smaller supporting muscle groups will be exercised in the class, ensuring a well-balanced, supple and strong body.

The class also includes a mobility and stretching segment working on elongating the spine and improving posture, encouraging you to hold your ‘Frame’ in the correct way, making you appear longer and leaner, but also reducing the risk of injury.

Classes are based outdoors in Lewis Cubitt Square, King’s Cross, every Wednesday at 6.30pm in September. During wet weather, the class will move to West Handyside Canopy. Book your place and pay here, or just show up and pay on the day.

A brand new Frame studio is set to open at King’s Cross this October. The sleek and modern fitness centre features a yoga and barre studio, a reformer Pilates studio, a personal training area and a fitness room for high-energy classes. There will also be fully equipped changing rooms, showers, a blow dry bar and a café, serving up fresh healthy food.
