The Skip Garden Kitchen invites you to a seasonal supper of winter roots and warming spices, showcasing the best produce from the garden and beyond.
Wander around the candle-lit skips before taking your seat at the communal tables in the heated indoor spaces, for your supper. On the menu is warming beetroot borsch and brown bread, butternut squash risotto with crispy seasonal veggie sides and to finish, stuffed baked apples with cinnamon crumble and whipped Calvados cream.
After dinner, you are welcomed to sit around the fire pit and enjoy some urban stargazing, while you’re provided with toasty blankets and a cup of hot sweet Chai.
