Calling all residents, students and employees of King’s Cross: kick start your day feeling energised, stretched out and raring to go!
Every Tuesday at 7.15am, instructor Martin Whitelock will lead a 30 minute session of dynamic stretches, strength training, cardio and core work.
The classes are free, open to all abilities, and the intensity levels are entirely up to you – either relax and loosen up the body for work or go hard, burn a few extra calories and get a decent sweat on.
Feel free to show up in your gym gear, a pair of rigger boots or even your suit, the choice is yours…
Warm up for Work will take place in Lewis Cubitt Square every Tuesday from 7.15am – 7.45am. No booking is required, just drop in and start moving!
