Hawker Chan
Presented by KERB: The Michelin-starred street food chef is back!
Big news!
Michelin-star street food star, Hawker Chan returns to KERB King’s Cross this March, this time with a new dish. For three days only, you can sample his char siew pork and rice for just £6.
And that’s not all! This year, Chan is joined by Gwern Khoo and Ben Tham, the hawkerpreneurs behind – A Noodle Story. These rising stars of the Singapore’s street food scene will be serving up their legendary Singapore-style ramen also for £6. This noodle dish has already earned a Bib Gourmand (one step below a Michelin star).
There will only be 300 portions of each meal per day, so make sure you get down to Granary Square early for your chance to taste the best of Singapore’s street food.
This event is sponsored by Singapore Airlines, Singapore Tourism Board and Changi Airport, and celebrates Singapore’s bicentennial.
