Tête à Tête

The world’s largest festival of new opera returns to King's Cross

Tuesday 21st July 2015 - Sunday 9th August 2015

The opera revolution starts here!

Tête à Tête – the opera festival returns to King’s Cross this summer with free pop-up events.

Whether you are an old friend of the festival or a newcomer to the scene, come and join us and the hundreds of artists and performers and immerse yourself in the thrilling world of new opera.

The festival programme this year runs from 21 July to 9 August with more than 100 performances of over 40 new works. The performances will be in a range of venues in and around the King’s Cross area – which is fast becoming recognised as a hub for contemporary arts.

There are at least three short performances each evening, allowing you to make the most of the festival and experience and enjoy as much of the artists’ and performers’ work as possible.

Whet your appetite with the free pop-up events that will take place in the public spaces at King’s Cross at unexpected times during the festival. More information can be found in this guide.
