Summer Dance Party

Learn about the suprising science behind a dance party from School of Life

Wednesday 29th June 2016

Two left feet? Think you can’t dance? Then this event is for you!

As part of Big Dance 2016, the School of Life is throwing a Summer Dance Party here at King’s Cross.

Dance psychologist, Dr. Peter Lovatt will get minds and bodies moving as he teaches us key ideas in psychology through dance moves. Experience the unexpected relationship between swing and memory, tango and creativity, and ballroom dancing and intimate attraction.

Peter will teach you the moves for a new routine while sharing how different moves affect our bodily chemistry, creativity and emotions. Whether you’re a total dance novice who’s never been near a tea dance, or an experienced Latin mover, you’ll learn new moves and discover the surprising science behind them.

It’s set to be fascinating stuff!
