A special evening celebrating the best of seasonal British food this spring

Rotunda only serve lamb sourced from their very own Corneyside Farm where the animals are born and bred – ‘Gate to Plate’ or ‘Farm to Fork’ aren’t just buzzphrases here.

On arrival, guests are greeted with an arrival drink and canapes, before taking a seat for a talk from the Corneyside Farm farmer, to watch a butchery demonstration and finally, listen to Rotunda’s chefs to discover the provenance and culinary journey taken by the lamb on your plate.

Then enjoy a divine five-course tasting menu, showcasing the quality and flavour of their lamb and finest produce of the spring season.
