This March, the chefs at Seasonal Kitchen are set for a Skip Garden takeover.
It’s a joy to eat at this time of year as the earth comes alive, and the Skip Garden is bursting with the first crops of spring. For this Spring supper club, the Seasonal Kitchen chefs will be transforming vegetables and herbs picked in the garden into a variety of colourful, flavour-packed dishes.
Start the evening with a cocktail in the yurt, then pick a spot in the garden dining room to enjoy your four-course feast. What’s more, you can choose to have each dish paired with a delicious wine.
Headed up by classically trained chef Mark Breen, Seasonal Kitchen provides bespoke private dining, with menus that highlight the best of fresh British ingredients.
Seasonal Kitchen Supper Club at the Skip Garden, King’s Cross on Thursday 22nd March at 6.30pm. Four courses are priced at £35pp, with match wines an additional £20. You’ll want to book your tickets pronto for this one.
