MW5 Bootcamp is a High-Intensity Interval Training session based outdoors. The workout is designed to provide a high-calorie burn using a variety of different equipment. The sessions are designed to provide awesome workouts for complete beginners to extreme athletes. You only get out what you put in, so there’s no military-style coaching here. Simply bring a good attitude and your sweats.

Sessions times

Tuesdays – two sessions:  6pm – 6.45pm and 7pm – 7.45pm
Thursdays 6pm – 6.45pm
Saturdays 10am – 10.45am

MW5 fitness bootcamp, Martin Whitelock, King's Cross

The variety of Bootcamp allows you to experience a new challenging session every time – be prepared to flip tyres, throw medicine balls, swing kettlebells and battle with the ropes.

The session is led by Martin Whitelock. His tough but sensible training approach is not your typical military-style bootcamp. Classes are currently based outdoors at West Handyside Canopy, King’s Cross. More info and booking.
