In this two-hour workshop, you will learn how to use mindfulness and meditation to free yourself from stress, negative thoughts and self-criticism. Guided by Holiday Phillips, you will come away with a detailed understanding of how this practice can actually change the make-up of your brain. You’ll get insight into why you haven’t been able stick with meditation until now. And most importantly, the secret of how to change that.
