The hugely popular London Podcast Festival is back, featuring some familiar favourites as well as brand-new voices. September 7-9 and 13-16, Kings Place hosts more than 50 live recordings and panel discussions with expert podcasters from around the world.
This year’s programme features returning festival favourites, brand new talent, and some familiar faces, including Stephen Mangan, Al Murray, and Sarah Millican. The casters will be tackling everything from the arts to grief, experiences with A&E, etiquette, LGBT dating, Friends episodes and everything in between.
Highlights include an absurd analysis of the Superego from American comedian Paul F. Tompkin, the boundary-pushing political comedy Throwing Shade, taking on pop culture with equal doses of hilarity and vulgarity, The Allusionist, where veteran host Helen Zaltzmant tangles with language, and Griefcast, the award-winning podcast about death….with comedians.
