Learn how to make something delicious with the talented chefs at Waitrose Cookery School. Each class is themed around a different cuisine and classes vary from hour-long taster sessions to full-day master classes.
You could discover how to recreate some fascinating Japanese dishes of yakitori wraps, apple sorbet with fiery wasabi powder and okonomiyaki, a cabbage-based savoury pancake. Or maybe you’ll like to try your hand at recreating authentic Italian favourites – the regional menu includes tigelle (stuffed bread), veal saltimbocca, and a basil pannacotta with orange polenta biscuits, straight from mama’s kitchen!
Also this month, Observer’s Rising Star of Food 2017 Lopè Ariyo will hosting an exclusive chefs table with recipes from her new cookbook, Hibiscus. Start the evening with fizz and mini bites before sitting down for a four course meal, packed with vibrant Nigerian flavours.
