Michelin-star lunch for £6 at KERB
The world’s first street food trader to be awarded a Michelin-star, Hawker Chan, will be serving his signature dish in the UK for the first time this March, with an exclusive pop-up at KERB King’s Cross.
For three days only, enjoy a taste of Singapore with a Michelin-star lunch of soya sauce chicken and rice for just £6.
In celebration of Singaporean street food, and the growing London street food scene, Hawker Chan will prepare 200 serves each day his London stall is open and will trade until the market closes or his dish is sold out.
About Hawker Chan
Hawker Chan shot to stardom when he became the first Michelin-starred street food trader in 2016. He has been cooking for locals for the last eight years from his stall in Singapore, where a sizable queue regularly forms even before opening time.
