Make the most of summer mornings and join Frame on the banks of the Regent’s Canal for a monthly Breakfast Barre class. Frame Master Trainer Gede will lead you through a 60 minute FRAME BARRE class followed by a delicious Frame breakfast you can take away with you or stay to enjoy whilst taking in the view.
Frame Barre is a low impact class working your entire body, not forgetting those smaller supporting muscles. All the exercises use own body weight and are designed to create long, lean limbs rather than bulk up.
Breakfast Barre with Frame will take place monthly on Wednesday mornings, 7.30am – 8.30am
