An evening at the Skip Garden with Alchemy Flow

The team from Alchemy Flow is taking over the Skip Garden kitchen for the evening to teach you everything you need to know about fermented foods.

Fermented food is well known for its health-promoting attributes, and the guys from Alchemy Flow will be cooking up foods and drinks such as fiery Korean pickle Kimchi, Skhug – a popular fermented ‘hot sauce’, Kefir Milk – a fermented dairy product and the German favourite Sauerkraut.
