The ‘Year of Engineering’ rolls into King’s Cross in the form of a 35-tonne truck
Titan II is the interactive technology truck that encourages children to experience exciting new technologies.
The truck showcases the latest innovations such as Raspberry Pi, 3D printing, robotics, the Internet of Things and thermal imaging, plus virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR).
On the ground, a team of engineers and futurists will be challenging visitors to take on a design challenge with a difference, with engineers and technologists from Google, the Royal Academy of Engineering and First Lego League in attendance.
Special guests attending include a mix of the brightest and most talented young engineers from Brightsparks 2018 class, Ben Ryan from award winning tech start-up Ambionics, as well as the University of Edinburgh’s Hyperloop team- HYPED.
