Dinner with Lopè
Lopè Ariyo, the Observer’s Rising Star of Food in 2017, will be hosting an exclusive chef’s table at Waitrose Cookery School. Expect a menu of eclectic Nigerian flavours with European influences.
You’ll start the evening with fizz and mini bites before settling in at the chefs table for a 4 course meal. Lopè will be cooking dishes from her newly launched cookbook, Hibiscus, such as bell pepper soup with agege bread, seared scallops in grapefruit juice with mango and Suya lamb curry.
