50 Years, 50 Voices: Life at King’s Cross, 1950 – 2000 is the new exhibition at the King’s Cross Visitor Centre.
The exhibition tells the story of the people who lived, worked and played at King’s Cross from 1950 to 2000 – and it covers some diverse ground! From a transatlantic air race that started in the Goods Yard to home-grown can-can dancers, from grass roots activism to coronation celebrations.
These real-life stories are showcased through personal photos, recollections and artefacts and we’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who shared their stories and memorabilia.
The exhibition is free and runs from 13 May until 30 July 2015. Don’t miss it!
Monday – Friday : 10am – 5pm
Saturday: 10am – 4pm
