The Hart brothers bring a Michelin-started taste of Spain to King’s Cross with the biggest branch of Barrafina to date.
The Catalan-influenced menu comes courtesy of talented head chef, Angel Zapata Martin. Try the signature arroz negro with Iberian pork ribs, artichoke and baby cuttlefish, the Pyrenaen lamb chops or the cured monkfish. There is also a specials menu that changes daily.
There are a few tables at the Coal Drops Yard branch, but as with the other Barrifina restaurants, it’s really all about eating (and drinking) at the bar.
Alongside Barrifina, the Hart’s have also opened the El Pastor taqueria and The Drop wine bar. Mark your calendars for Parrillan, the outside terrace which will open this spring.
