It’s time to get serious about what goes into your burger
The folks at Cut + Grind are obsessed with burger perfection and it shows. Every patty is made using 100% British beef from award-winning butcher, Turner & George. The aged beef cuts are blended and ground fresh in-house, the pickles prepared every week and the ketchup is also made from scratch. The result? The freshest, best-tasting burgers in town.
The ‘Juicy’ or ‘Skinny’ creations come in a choice of three different stacks – ‘Beef Brave’ with burger béarnaise, ‘Classic’ with burger béarnaise, lettuce, roast tomato, pickles and red onions, or ‘House’, topped with home-cured maple bacon. There’s also plenty to tempt any non-meat-eaters in your company with vegetarian, vegan, chicken and tuna fillet options available.
All burgers come in a toasted brioche bun and are served with triple-cooked Belgian-style fries seasoned with oregano salt. Sides include halloumi fries with mint and yoghurt, crunchy mayo-free slaw and heritage tomato salad with onion, feta and capers.
Wash your burger down with own-brand Cut + Grind pilsner. It’s available on tap or opt for local ale from Shoreditch brewery Redchurch and cider from Cornish Orchards.
