Works over Bank Holiday Weekend

Posted: Thursday 22nd August 2019

Network Rail will be carrying out engineering works at King’s Cross station and on the nearby tracks over the Bank Holiday weekend, and the station will be closed on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 August as a result. Some of these works will take place close to W Zone and include piling works which will be carried out between 8am and 8pm on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 August. These works should not cause any vibration and noise monitoring will be in operation.

In addition, there will be a vehicle in Coal Drops Yard from 8am-4pm on Sunday and Monday 26 August to aid with the removal of some of the flower pots. This will not be a noisy operation.

King’s Cross apologise for any inconvenience these works may cause.
