King’s Cross is for everyone

King’s Cross is one of the largest regeneration projects in the UK right now. It is a new part of London and a community for future generations. This is a rare and exciting opportunity and we’ve been working hard to make sure that the local community benefits from the investment going on here. As well as housing for all and new parks and open spaces, there are job and training opportunities, schools programmes and community projects.

As companies move here, there will be opportunities for local businesses to supply goods and services. There are also plenty of ways to get involved – either as an individual or an organisation.

Housing for all

Almost 2,000 new homes are being built here. Everything from affordable and supported housing to luxury apartments – from student flats to three-bed family homes.

A significant proportion of these homes are affordable. Our affordable housing partner is One Housing Group and homes are already available through One Housing Group in Rubicon Court, Saxon Court, Roseberry Mansions and ArtHouse.

Student Housing

Saxon Court courtyard, apartment, homes at King's Cross Student housing is provided by Urbanest and key worker housing is now being built on Handyside Street on behalf of the Dolphin Square Foundation. Learn more about affordable housing options and living at King’s Cross.
